Tito Monako is a Congolese-born, Kenyan-raised musician whose musical journey began at 15 with the congas. At 16, he made the game-changing switch to bass guitar, a move that would define his sound and passion for life. Since then, the bass has been his constant companion.
Throughout his career, Tito has had the honor of performing with some of the world’s most iconic musicians, including the legendary Oliver Mtukudzi, Blitz the Ambassador, Alaine Laughton, Patoranking, Sauti Soul, Vivian Green, and many others. Tito’s music career took flight in Nairobi, Kenya, where he continues to shape the global music scene with his unique and powerful sound.
