Congolese End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Tito Monako Bass Loops

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Tito Monako regarding the acquisition and use of Tito Monako Bass Loops.

Please read this EULA carefully before using Tito Monako Bass Loops. By purchasing or using these products, you confirm your acceptance of the terms outlined in this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the products.

If you are agreeing to this EULA on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the entity to these terms. If you lack such authority or do not agree to the terms, do not use the products.

This EULA applies exclusively to Tito Monako Bass Loops, including updates, supplements, or support services unless separate terms are provided with those items.

License Grant

Tito Monako grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased bass loops on your devices in accordance with this EULA.

Permitted Use

You may:

• Use the loops for personal or professional music production.
• Integrate the loops into original musical compositions.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Edit, alter, or modify the loops in any way beyond standard music production practices.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the loops as standalone files or as part of a similar product.
• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the loops.
• Share or distribute the loops in their original form.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Tito Monako may terminate this license if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the loops in your possession.

Warranty Disclaimer and Liability

The loops are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Tito Monako is not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the loops.

By using Tito Monako Bass Loops, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and agree to its terms.
